How soon will my order ship?

All jewellery that is in stock is shipped within 2-3 business days.  Made to order pieces typically ship within 1-2 weeks.  See the item description for specific shipping times.

How much is shipping?

All orders over $35 ship free. (That includes international orders.)y You can also select USPS Express shipping at checkout for an additional fee.  All orders ship from our studios in East London.

How will my order ship?

Our jewellery ships in a padded mailer.  Larger orders may ship in a box.  Each piece of jewellery comes beautifully packaged in our original recycled packaging.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship worldwide! Please note that the customer is responsible for all import taxes or duties.

Do you accept returns?

Unworn items can be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a refund or shop credit.  Items purchased between November 1st and December 25th can be returned anytime until January 15th of the following year.  Email hello@pickatwig.co.uk to arrange a return.

How do I care for silver jewellery?

All our silver jewellery is made using recycled sterling silver, a sustainable, 100% reclaimed alloy, that is more tarnish-resistant and should stay bright over time.  If you do notice some tarnish on your silver jewellery, it can be cleaned with a polishing cloth.  If you would like your silver and steel jewellery refinished, please email hello@pickatwig.co.uk

What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, as well as payment via PayPal.  

 How secure is this store?

This store uses Shopify payments via Stripe and PayPal for payments.  PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).
